80-95% Of Your Engine's Life
Engine experts, including those at McDonnell Douglas Transportation Department and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) have demonstrated that the majority of mechanical engine wear occurs during engine startup. In fact one study states, "Ninety to 95% of the (mechanical) wear occurs in the first 10 seconds in the start of an engine."
 
The ESP-Luber Eliminates Dry Starts
Dry starts occur in very cold weather, very hot climates, following routine oil changes, after prolonged idle time (non-use) and even after an engine sits for as little as 30 seconds. You can almost hear the engine scream for mercy when started! All vehicles experience significant wear when started dry. The wear occurs in the first few minutes, while the fast-idling engine waits for the oil to get to the bearings and other critical parts. With the ESP-Luber such dry start wear is totally eliminated. The ESP-Luber pre-lubricates and pre-pressurizes the engine, delivering oil to the crankshaft and camshaft bearings, valve lifters, timing gear and other critical parts before it starts.
 
Models To Choose From
Automotive:  
     The Standard Plus ESP-Luber Lubrication kit:  lubricates and pressurizes your engine with oil before startup, automatically.  We suggest this kit for all 4, 6 & 8* cylinder gas engines.  This system is available as both Manual and Automatic operation.    * Larger V-8 engines should consider the Turbo Plus system.

Custom Application Diesel or Large Gas Engines:
     The Heavy Duty Plus ESP-Luber Lubrication kit: designed for the 12 volt diesel engines and turbo diesel engines. Suitable for Buses, Heavy Equipment and other large vehicles, where appropriate.  This system is designed for more custom application and does not include hoses or fittings.  Also see Turbo Plus ESP-Luber systems for more information.

Marine & Industrial 24 volts:
     The 24 volt & Severe Duty 24 volt ESP-Luber Lubrication kit: designed to protect gas and diesel engines in the harsh marine environment. Features a tinned wire harness, Weather Pack connections, and is Coast Guard approved.  Pre-lubricates and Post-lubricates the engine and turbos. Ask for the optional Quick Disconnect, for easy oil changes.  Available in 24 volts and Severe Duty 24 volts.  Custom "Closed-Loop" ECM programming is available for Emergency Generator applications.  ESP Products' systems support engine as large as the 149 16 cylinder Detroit Diesel.  AC systems are available for generators and engines when the conditions apply.  Call an ESP-Luber representative for details.
Turbocharged & Marine:
     The Turbo Plus ESP-Luber Lubrication kit: designed especially for turbo-charged gas and diesel engines. The fully adjustable timer allow customized Pre- and Post- lubrication to the engine and turbocharger(s) after shutdown.  These 12 volt systems are compact and quiet, with an internal By-Pass System to reduce amp draw and seal failure.                (available in Auto & Manual)
