HEAVY DUTY KIT

The Heavy Duty ESP-Luber is suitable for any gas or diesel application, such as larger marine engines, bus, motor coach, heavy equipment and stationary engine applications. The Heavy Duty ESP-Luber is being used on Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Volvo, and many other engines.

The Heavy Duty ESP-Luber Kit includes the pump, controller, wiring harness, and mounting hardware, as illustrated on the home page, and an Installation/Owners Manual, but does not include hoses as the hose size and length will vary with the specific application. (3/8" and 1/2" hose is available by the foot)

Optional accessories include:

  • Quick-disconnect coupling - for easy oil changes
  • In-line filter/housing for the pump output line
  • Universal filter adapter - fits between your engine block and stock oil filter to enable pre-lubing (without this adapter, the normal installation pumps the oil into the oil-pressure sending-unit port)
  • Oil-sample analysis kit - for submitting a sample to be tested for engine wear particulate matter (for testing before and after ESP-Luber installation)
  • ESP-Luber apparel is also available - hats, shirts, jackets
