PHILOSOPHY OF OPERATION

ESP Products has been in operation since 1986 originally servicing 455 Big blocks and slowly accommodating the turbo V-6 Buick, until all we could do was keep up with the turbo cars. Today, the main menu at ESP Products is for the V-6 Turbo Buick owner with an accent on other high performance vehicles. ESP Products wants to be able to serve everyone who calls. New parts are added to our inventory and new product lines are established with every new request. ESP Products has taken on new product lines in it's efforts to offer the highest in quality and performance products. Products that are regarded as the best in today's industry, as our exclusive Frontmount intercooler, are supplied by ESP Products to other retailers throughout the country while other products are discontinued, such as the Ram Air system, to name only one. This expansion allows ESP Products to service everyone a little better. As a result of our growth we have picked up new suppliers and created a stronger network throughout the specialty automotive parts industry. The same suppliers we use to service your turbo Regal can be used to service your second and third car. ESP Products has supplied more parts for more cars than could possibly fit in it's catalog. ESP Products has evolved to what it is today and will continue to evolve by meeting the needs of it's customers. We can not always keep stock of every part, but rarely is there a long wait. We can not always have the lowest price, but our expansion may be changing that. Products that ESP Products once depended on other venders for are now being manufactured by ESP Products and it's sub-contractors to allow better quality control and speedier delivery time.

One of ESP Product's latest expansions is a look to the past and to the future. ESP Products has opened it's garage doors for service again. Accommodating clients from across the country, our garage is open for diagnostics, repair, modification, and restoration of the Buick turbo V-6. With the last turbo Regal rolling off the assembly line in 1987, engine restoration and high performance re-building has become increasingly popular. Buick is no longer training it's technicians to work on these cars and independent mechanics just don't know enough about them to be able to service them. ESP Products can now fully service all of it's customers; returning these cars to their original mechanical condition or pulling over 600 hp from a stock block on the Dynamometer. This is only part of what can be offered to you, the customer. Genuine GM. and the highest quality aftermarket products are available through ESP Products at hard to beat prices and delivered to your door when you want them.

ESP Products has grown to be a major supplier in the Turbo Buick industry and would like to continue it's service to all their customers, past and present, while reaching out to meet new customers, racers, and friends. Liability

The liability of ESP Products, Inc. is limited to the cost of the product or service that the customer paid to ESP Products and no other loses. Cost is defined as the amount of US currency the was paid at the time of the service or product sale. ESP Products is not responsible for consumer misuse or negligence. All defective merchandise must first be returned to ESP Products for inspection to determine liability. High performance engines built by ESP Products, Inc. and it's sub-contractor are sold with the intention of off-road use only and never to be used on pollution controlled roadways.

Emission Warning

Many products in this catalog are for off-road use only and never for sale in California or to be used on public streets. These products are for racing purposes only and must always be used during a sanctioned racing event. Do not buy these parts from ESP Products, Inc. if you plan to use them on pollution controlled vehicles or in the state of California.

Many areas have Federal, state, and local laws restricting the removal or modification of any type of factory installed emission device or system, or the use of a product that could increase emissions in a vehicle designed for use on public streets and highways. Please research and abide by these laws; understanding and abiding by the law is your responsibility and ignorance is no defense.

In California, the sale or use of any device on emission controlled vehicles not approved by the California Air Resources Board which alters or modifies the original design or performance of such vehicles' emission controlled systems is prohibited. Parts throughout this catalog that are for California use will have an executive order listed, showing the executive order issued by the California Air Research Board Granting an exemption.

Catalog and Pricing

ESP Products uses many sources to compile the information enclosed in it's catalogs and price lists. Any omissions or errors in the catalog are not the responsibility of ESP Products, Inc. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Any conflicting descriptions will be settled by ESP Products, Inc. only. Price sheets will be distributed periodically to existing customers and all "Feel The Power" club members.

Sales and Shipping Policy

ESP Products reserves the right to question any sale. Credit card sales will be shipped to the address on the credit card only. Once a customer has established a sales record, the shipping address may differ from the billing address. This time period is solely the discretion of ESP Products, Inc.

Orders paid for by personal check will be shipped only after the check has been cleared by ESP Product's bank(10 business days). Orders paid by the C.O.D. method will be charged the C.O.D. fee. If a C.O.D. order is refused by the customer, ESP Products may charge that loss to the following order placed by that customer. If c.o.d.'s are refused or returned to ESP Products more than three (3) times, that customer is no longer worthy of this service. Money Order sales are shipped the same day they are received. Only US Postal money orders or bank certified checks will be accepted by ESP Products.

All in-stock merchandise ordered before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day the order is placed, others will leave the following business day. No replacement products will be shipped until the original item is received or the replacement is paid for in advance. Once the original product is received it is then subject to Eastern's "Returns Policy" and handled appropriately.

Shipping and handling charges reflect the current U.P.S. or RPS rates. Air service packages are not guarantied to leave the day the order is placed; special attention is given, and these packages are shipped via the method requested when in stock.

Returns

Returns are only accepted by ESP Products, Inc. with an accompanying " Return Authorization Number", a copy of the original receipt, and prepaid freight. There are no exceptions. ESP Products is not responsible for packages that do not comply with the above instructions. A 15% re-stock fee will be will be imposed on all products returned to ESP Products within 30 days that are not defective. Freight charges are never refundable. Special order products must be prepaid and are not returnable. Items will not be accepted as returns after 90 day from purchase. Credit will be applied by the means of purchase and may take up to three weeks to process. All products must first be inspected by the manufacturer before any credit or replacement is given.
